Supporting processors in skills development with ‘dairy’ learning materials  aligned to registered learning standards and qualifications, and basic skills; training policies, procedures and training quality management, and advice on the conduct of training in the workplace. A network of trainers, assessors and moderators is also maintained for use on a contractual basis by processors for the delivery of training services.
